Both locations are looking to fill the following positions. 

  • Wait Staff- Serve guests to provide a great dining experience, must be friendly and fast paced. Prior experience as a server and knowledge of the POS system is required.     
  • Counter Phones - Answer phones, take and process orders using Micros, and greet customers.  Must have experience in cash handling, using POS systems and fast paced.  
  • Counter Prep - Prepare salads, panini, slicing meats and grilling.  Prior experience in Italian Salumeria or deli preferred.
  • Bus Person- Assistant to the waitstaff to set and clean tables, prepare bread and water as well as other duties in the course of service. Prior experience is preferred and must be fast paced.
  • Kitchen Help - Line cooks & prep cooks, Prior experience in Italian cuisine is preferred.
  • Dish Washers/ Porters - Maintain daily cleanliness of restaurant 
The Syosset Location Is Begining To Collect Resumes For The Following Positions
